Prinsotel.es offer the best booking conditions for stays in our hotels and apartments in Majorca and Minorca.

Our official web site, Intended to be comfortable, fast, effective and safety reservation process, accepting booking changes or cancellations depending on the type of rate.

The different rates to reserve in Prinsotel are:

Flexible Rate: is the best rate for those not wanting to make any prepayment or advance deposit ,having the flexibility to change or cancel without cost up to 2 days before arrival. Please note, by modifications we apply the current price in the moment of the modification. We recommend to check the new final price before making the change. The prices are dynamic and vary over the time from less to more, upon availability and other conditions. (more info)

Just applying for a credit card to guarantee the reservation, there will be no charge, the payment will be made upon arrival at the hotel by cash or card.

-If cancellation of the reservation is made within less than two days prior to the arrival we reserve the right to charge the credit card equivalent to the first night of the reservation.

- Cancellations must be requested via email to : ecommerce@prinsotel.es .

Non Refundable Rate: is the most economical rate, and restrictive, requiring payment (total or partial) prior to arrival, using the 4 following methods:

100% Payment by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) at the time of booking.
25% Payment by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard) at the time of booking, the rest on arrival.
100% payment by bank transfer must make it in less than 7 days from the date of booking. This option is available if the reservation is made with a minimum of 30 days before the date of arrival.

If the user chooses the non-refundable tariff, agrees that cannot change or cancel the reservation alleging any circumstances preventing enjoy the stay contracted. Any amount paid in this reserve may not be claimed.

In case of not being able to realize the charge of the non refundable rate, we will proceed to cancel the reservation at any time before your arrival at the hotel.

The Hotel reserves the right to request at the check-in, the credit card with which the prepaid was made, and the passport or identity card of the owner, in case of being different it will be possible to go back the previous payment and require a new payment

No Show at the Hotel: or Apartments, could be penalized by Prinsotel and may charge the full amount of the booking.

Modifications:To modify any data of a reservation please send an e-mail to ecommerce@prinsotel.es with the booking id.

Children free: under 2 years old, sharing room with adults, meals not included. Cots free, subject to availability.

Credit cards accepted: Visa and Mastercard The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Hours of inputs and outputs:Check-in from 14:00. ; Check-Out 11:00 hours.

Prinsotel reserves the right not to accept the booking and consequently the hotel entrance, when the number of occupants does not match the confirmed reservation.

Tax Information on touristic stays in the Balearic Islands and measures for sustainable tourism development (Ecotasa)

The prices published do not include the touristic tax applied on stays from 01/01/2018: 4.40€ per day and per person for 5 stars & 4 star superior; 3.30€ for 4 stars hotels.

This tax will be paid by the client at his arrival to the hotel. Under 16 years old children are exempted from this tax. A bonus of 75% is applied for stays from 1^st of November until 30^th of April, as well as for stays that lasts more than 9 days in the same hotel establishment.
