The data of our customers and / or users (hereinafter "customers")
requested in the forms accessible from the Website, as well as through
any other means and / or channels mentioned above are, in general,
mandatory (unless in the required field, specify the opposite) to
fulfill the established purposes. In this sense, if they are not

2. Purpose and legitimacy of the processing of your data

provided by Prinsotel to our clients, that is, manage the reservations

The legitimizing basis for dealing with customer data for this

3. Third party data processing
In the event that the clients provide data of third parties, they are
responsible and manifest to have the consent of the same and undertake
to transfer to the interested parties, owners of said data, the
information contained in this Privacy Policy, exempting Prinsotel of any
responsibility in this regard. However, Prinsotel may carry out the
necessary verifications to verify this fact, adopting the corresponding
due diligence measures, in accordance with the data protection
regulations.
4. Recipients of personal data
For the correct provision of the services offered by Prinsotel, as
well as to comply with the purposes indicated in this Privacy Policy, we
will need to share and communicate your personal data in favor of:
• Previously related entities of the Prinsotel Group, (i) in order that
they manage and know the conditions of their stay (price, dates,
services included, ...) and (ii) for internal administrative purposes

out, in any case, under the same terms, conditions and guarantees as

5. Conservation of data
The personal data provided will be kept during the contractual
relationship with our customers, as well as during the time necessary
for the fulfillment of the aforementioned purposes or any applicable
legal obligations.

they will be kept as long as the clients do not revoke or oppose the

affect the lawfulness of the treatments carried out previously.
6. Exercise of rights
Prinsotel is committed to respect the confidentiality of personal data

case the decision is necessary for the conclusion or execution of a
contract between the clients and Prinsotel; is authorized by the law
applicable to Grupo Prinsotel, provided that it establishes adequate
measures to safeguard its rights, liberties and legitimate interests; or
is based on the explicit consent of the clients.
